Acelot is seeking collaborators on the following tasks:
• In silico prediction of biological activity: Acelot’s tools can be
used to screen a database of compounds for biological activity. The
result set can be ranked based on expected activity.
• Synthesis of pharmacophore models: Acelot’s tools can be used to synthesize pharmacophore models based on the results of a screen.
• Development of drug discovery tools: The advantages of graph based querying and mining open up the possibility of a number of specific tools in the drug discovery pipeline. Acelot is looking to partner and develop these specific solutions.
Our partners can be large pharmaceutical companies that are seeking to reduce costs through better models and predictions or smaller drug discovery companies that are looking at cheaper ways of finding lead compounds.
