A New Approach to Challenging Targets
Small molecules for challenging targets in diseases with high unmet need
ACE-2223
Our lead program, ACE-2223, is a small molecule designed to specifically target and restore the healthy form and function of TDP-43, a verified central focal point in the pathology of many progressive neurological disorders. By addressing the misfolded, aggregated form of this critical protein, ACE-2223 aims to interrupt the cascade of cellular dysfunction that drives amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and potentially other neurodegenerative diseases.
Pipeline & Platform
Acelot’s pipeline is powered by Resolute, our integrated drug-discovery platform that combines four specialized components – PHILEO, AMORA, COEUR, and BEATS – to tackle challenging protein targets that have historically been difficult to drug. The platform integrates hit finding, protein structure prediction, molecular dynamics, and computational biology to generate high-quality drug candidates for diseases with high unmet need.
Our Team
Our team brings together deep expertise in drug discovery, computational science, and pharmaceutical development, united by a shared commitment to advancing rigorous science and accelerating meaningful treatment options for patients.
