Olivia Reidell, MS, joined Acelot in 2025 as an Associate Program Manager, where she manages cross-functional R&D and clinical program timelines, supports IND preparation, clinical trial startup activities and early discovery initiatives, and bridges scientific and operational teams to advance programs from concept to clinic. Leveraging a robust background in gene therapy, cell therapy and regenerative medicine, Olivia now applies her technical insights to optimize program delivery and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to Acelot, she held a Senior Associate Scientist role at the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Before that, she held research associate roles at Maze Therapeutics and Sangamo Therapeutics.

Olivia received her MSc in Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Biology from Technische Universität Dresden, and a BSc in Cell, Genetic, and Developmental Biology from Arizona State University.
