Racquel Bruton joined Acelot in 2026 as Senior Director of Clinical Operations. Racquel brings over 25 years of clinical operations experience spanning all phases of development and multiple indications. She has significant experience working across matrixed organizations and has built a career leading complex clinical trials in hematology, immunology, rare genetic diseases, and neurodegenerative disease.

Prior to her work at Acelot, Racquel worked in various clinical operations roles at Biogen, spending 4 of her 10 years overseeing the clinical trials for the C9ORF72 ALS Program. Before Biogen, she was Sr. Regional Study Manager, Clinical Operations at CSL Behring, LLC, Manager, Clinical Operations at Covance Periapproval Services Inc., Quality Control Coordinator at Premier Research Worldwide, Ltd., and Client Services Liaison at American Red Cross-National Testing Laboratories.

Racquel received a BA from Temple University.
